Today, Advanced Residuals Management continues under the leadership of the next generation. Since 2020, their youngest son, Brandt Steele, has served as President—honoring the strong spiritual and operational foundation his parents established while guiding the company forward with clarity, discipline, and long-term vision.
Under Brandt's leadership, the company has expanded its operational footprint, enhanced internal infrastructure, and invested heavily in modernization. This includes strengthening regulatory compliance protocols, implementing advanced GPS tracking and load verification systems, refining data management and reporting processes, and improving field-level accountability across all programs. These advancements have increased transparency for clients, improved operational efficiency, and reinforced ARM's reputation as a trusted leader in beneficial reuse management.
At the same time, growth has never come at the expense of principle. Brandt has remained intentional about preserving the culture that defines ARM—one grounded in faith, integrity, stewardship, and a deep respect for both the land and the relationships entrusted to the company.
